CNC Machining

We have a variety of turning and milling centers that provide us great flexibility in resource choices to serve our customers with prototype-to-production quantities.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)-Wire and Plunge

Achieving high accuracy and tighter tolerances is essential for many industries such as Medical, Aerospace & Defense, and Semiconductor. With Electrical Discharge Machining we can produce and repeat all required specifications with ease.

Grinding and Turning

We have the ability to grind diameters to hold tolerances of +/- .0002”.   We also can precision slice to tolerance of +/- .0005”.

Waterjet Cutting

We use a high velocity stream of abrasive particles suspended in a stream of ultra high pressure water (30,000 - 90,000 psi) which is produced by a water jet intensifier pump.  One of the main benefits in working with waterjet systems is that your material will not see any noticeable heat affected damage that other processing techniques introduce.
