Dexter Magnetic Technologies successfully completed its ISO 9001:2000 recertification audit conducted by BSI Management Systems America, Inc. in September 2006. Dexter retains certification through October 2009.
We have adopted Joseph Juran’s definition “a customer is anyone who receives or is affected by the product or process.” This definition included both internal and external customers.This expansion of thinking caused many changes in the management of quality.
The new ISO 9001 (ISO 9001:2000) states clearly that “top management shall ensure that customer requirements are determined and are met with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction."
