Our Target Removal Tool is designed to provide you with the ability to remove and install highly magnetic, low PTF, SUL targets in a simple, fast and safe manner using our T-Gun™ Magnetron Sputter Source.  It's additionally compatible with Intevac's® RM-Gun or can be customized for additional cathode configurations as required.
