For ion implantation, we manufacture mass spectroscopy dipoles or analyzing magnets that are positioned along beam paths between the source and the process chamber deflecting the ions through controlled accurate paths filtering ions from the beam and allowing specific ions to enter the process chamber. This filtered ion beam is used to alter the near surface properties of semiconductor materials. Through state of the art software our engineers are able to model beam trajectories and optimize the design of these analyzing magnets. Our capability is not limited to the design phase alone. Utilizing custom designed and built three-axis magnetic field mapping equipment our process engineers can validate designs and correlate the results to the derived model providing you that added level of confidence in our products. Specially designed permanent and electro-magnetic frames and dipoles are utilized to align thin films, while our patented magnetron designs enhance the sputtering effectiveness of ferrous targets. This alignment of films is critical in the development of M-RAM (magnetic random access memory), an evolving technological area in which we have much to offer.

Packaging solutions include high performance motors for wire bonding equipment as well as torque couplings for the seal-less translation of rotation or linear motion into vacuum chambers. Various permanent and electromagnetic products for wafer inspection equipment are among the solutions we provide for test & measurement manufacturers.
