Why is Dexter moving?
As a result of the success of our customers, we are moving to a larger facility to better serve the needs of our customers.What locations are impacted?
Both the Dexter Headquarters and DXT Warehouse in Elk Grove Village in Illinois, will be moving to our new location. This will have no impact to our office in Freiburg, Germany.How far from the current location?
The new facility is 2.5 miles from the current Dexter Magnetic Technologies headquarters, plant and warehouse locations.
When will the move take place?
Initiated in late Q4 2021 and concluded in February 2022.
What is the new address?

Dexter is AS9100D and ISO13485 certified. How will this impact the certifications?
We are working with our Registrar, BSI, and are scheduling “special” audits to maintain compliance with AS9100D and ISO13485 post move.
How will deliveries be impacted?
Our Customer Account Reps will be in contact with our Customers to develop delivery plans.
How will production processes be impacted?
We will not be altering processes because of the move. We will be validating equipment and recalibrating inspect tools.
