Nathaniel Sattler to Speak at 2025 REIA

We are proud to share that Nathaniel Sattler, Division President of Dexter Magnetic Technologies and MCE, will be a featured speaker at the 2025 Rare Earth Industry Association (REIA) AGM & Annual Conference, taking place June 17–19, 2025, at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Montreal in Montreal, Canada.

As a recognized leader in precision magnetics and magnetic assemblies for mission-critical applications, Nathaniel brings a wealth of experience to the global conversation on rare earth magnet applications across aerospace, medical, defense, and semiconductor industries. His session will focus on how advanced magnetic technologies are enabling innovation and solving some of the most complex engineering challenges of our time.

Nathaniel will be speaking on Thursday, June 19 at 4:30 PM, where he will dive into the rare earth supply chain, with a focus on the growing global demand for magnets in electric vehicles (EVs), automation, and other advanced technologies. His session will explore how companies can navigate increasing supply chain pressures and evolving export regulations by adopting smart sourcing strategies, material optimization, and sustainable production methods. Attendees can expect practical insights on securing reliable material sources, balancing performance and compliance, and designing for cost-effective, high-efficiency applications—particularly as industries pivot toward electrification and lightweight engineering.

Dexter, together with EEC, and MCE, has long been a pioneer in delivering magnetic solutions that meet the highest standards of reliability and precision. This keynote is an opportunity to hear directly from one of the industry’s most strategic voices, at a time when collaboration and material innovation are more critical than ever.

Planning to attend REIA and want to meet with one of our experts? Reach out to schedule a meeting with the Dexter/MCE team during the conference—we’d be glad to connect.
